As the market leader in advanced voice communication services and solutions Unison maintains its position through its team's excellence in software development, project management, training and sales. As expected, training and development of its staff through in-house specialist trainers is ongoing.
Unison has staff of around 50, with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Namibia. Here are some of the faces behind the voices of our client liaison team:
Brett Thomas - Managing Director:
Brett has a solid track record of achieving business growth and sales performance in software and network companies. Brett’s experience has been in organizations such as Samsung SA as Sales and Product Manager – moving into Global Telematics as General Manager for Sales and Marketing and then joining Dimension Data/Plessey as Group Executive for Sales and Marketing in their Infrastructure division.
Deidre Bondi - Services Delivery Manager:
Deidre has been in th ICT industry for 10 years, of which 7 years have been in Service Delivery wherein she specialised in the voice and audio visual sector with ITSMF Certification as support methodologies. Her strength is to deliver a well defined service that supports both business and client in Service Delivery.
Marco Almeida - Key Account Developer:
With 8 years of field experience in a technical role within Unison, Marco is recognized as the echelon of product knowledge and implementation. With this wealth of knowledge Marco is responsible for the maintenance and development of selected key accounts in the Nothern regions.
Megan Sutton - Key Account Developer - KZN:
Megan has over 12 year's sales experience in the ICT industry. Megan is key in establishing the Unison brand in the KZN region and as Regional Manager for the past 8 years, instrumental in developing new business opportunities.
Al Schaeffer - Key Account Developer:
Al brings with him 16 years of commercial sales, international region development and Key Account Management skills, having worked in Stuttgart, London and Singapore over an 8 year period, this makes him extremely well positioned to manage the Enterprise Key Accounts in the Western and Eastern Cape.
Wesley Pekeur - Contracts Manager:
Wesley has more than 10 years experience in ICT, having fulfilled roles in systems support, analysis and Service Delivery Management. As the Contracts Manager within the Managed Services division, Wesley is responsible for the delivery of services to all Unison Managed Services clients.
Craig Young - Group M.D.:
Craig has over 16 years experience in the IT arena and brings with him a wealth of leadership ability and direction to the Unison team. As M.D. of Unison for the past 7 years, Craig is instrumental in making Unison the market leader and profitable organization it is today. Craig is a MBA graduate of Bond University, Australia.
Contact Centre:
With a diversity of skills, talent, industry and product knowledge, the contact centre staff have over 25 years of experience in project management, project co-ordination, helpdesk, technical knowledge and a wealth of customer services experience between them. This team is responsible for the proactive relationship that our clients enjoy with us.
