Most definitely! The application runs off your server or a designated pc. The minimum requirements to ensure effective running off the application will be to have a UPS or generator in place which allows for your server or pc to be active during load shedding. If you do not have a UPS or generator in place, the best solution is then to close down the application and shut down the pc properly, based on the load shedding schedule. Once the load shedding has passed, ensure that the application is opened and you are logged on to resume the data collection process. Assistance is determined by the Unicare Support Agreement in place and when the proposal has been accepted if you are not on a support agreement. Our Technical Consultants are booked accordingly.

This depends on the level of agreement in place. Our office hours are from Monday - Friday and from 08:00 - 17:00. Any after hours assistance requires a proposal to be accepted by the client before work commences. Our Managed Services Team works according to a client specific service level agreement.

Logging a call with us can be done in various ways. You can:

• Call 0861 8642273(UNICARE) and a Contact Centre agent will log a service call telephonically, or
• Log onto www.unison.co.za and open up a service request form under the Unicare Services section which will be routed to the Contact Centre and upon receipt contact you; or
• Send an email to customerservices@unison.co.za with all a full description pertaining to the service request or query.
